AI Strategies Implementation Technical Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Strategies Implementation Technical Manager to drive the adoption and integration of AI solutions within our organization based in Hyderabad. This leadership role involves translating complex business challenges into practical AI and machine learning strategies, managing the full lifecycle of AI projects, and overseeing both technical and operational aspects of AI implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design AI strategies and solutions by evaluating business problems and determining optimal AI approaches, including build vs. buy, leveraging LLMs, traditional machine learning, or computer vision as appropriate.
• Lead end-to-end AI project delivery from pilots to production, managing scope, resources, timelines, and coordinating among data science, engineering, and product teams using agile methodologies.
• Oversee technical architecture to ensure scalability, maintainability, and seamless integration with existing systems, including MLOps and LLMOps pipeline management.
• Guarantee data governance and quality compliance by collaborating with data engineering teams to maintain reliable, well-regulated data pipelines addressing bias, fairness, and representativeness.
• Develop robust model evaluation frameworks focusing on accuracy, hallucination rates, and business KPIs while managing AI-specific risks like model drift, bias, security threats, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with AI vendors and platform providers, negotiating service agreements, cost structures, and data privacy terms.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leaders to set realistic AI expectations and promote organizational change and adoption.
• Lead and mentor data scientists, machine learning engineers, fostering a culture blending experimentation with disciplined production standards, including performance management.
• Implement continuous monitoring for model performance, cost, drift, and ROI, incorporating feedback loops for ongoing improvement based on evolving user needs and data.
• Ensure AI system security and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA and align with ethical frameworks relevant to defense and public sectors, e.g., NIST AI RMF or DoD AI ethics principles.

Eligibility and Experience

The role requires 14 to 20 years of professional experience in AI strategy, solution design, and implementation, with availability for joining within 0 to 30 days. The position is located on-site in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
