Working collaboratively with clinical, product, and engineering teams, you will develop governed AI workflows that advance beyond basic prompting and deliver scalable AI architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and iteratively refine AI Note Templates that assist clinical users at all stages of the patient journey.
• Develop structured AI workflows leveraging GPT-based technologies, including prompt chains, output contracts, and intermediate reasoning frameworks.
• Create and maintain knowledge assets formatted for retrieval, utilizing structured data models such as JSON, ontologies, tagging systems, and retrieval schemas.
• Translate trusted clinical materials—such as resources, protocols, articles, and educational content—into managed AI knowledge structures.
• Develop AI note-generation architectures incorporating templates, provider preferences, clinical rules, retrieval constraints, patient-specific context, and human review mechanisms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to shape AI strategy and enhance intelligent clinical features.
• Transform AI outputs into refined clinical documents rather than unstructured content.
• Support prototype creation and contribute to technical implementation where applicable.
• Design safety frameworks and guardrails to increase AI consistency, explainability, and provider trust.
• Contribute to clinical intelligence features like pre-visit summaries, encounter documentation, lab analysis, treatment insights, and follow-up workflows.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience designing structured AI workflows beyond basic free-text prompting.
• Practical skills in prompt engineering, AI workflow design, or applied AI systems.
• Proficiency working directly with JSON, prompt contracts, retrieval schemas, and structured knowledge representations.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation, electronic health records, or healthcare knowledge management systems.
• Experience organizing unstructured information into reusable AI knowledge assets.
• Deep understanding of designing AI outputs that are safe, explainable, and reliable within healthcare contexts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional product, engineering, and clinical teams.
• Strong analytical skills focused on detail and quality assurance.
• Capability to acknowledge AI limitations and engineer workflows that enhance reliability and consistency.
• Programming experience is advantageous, particularly for prototyping and technical experimentation.
