Overview
Insight Global Technologies seeks a seasoned AI Engineer to join their Hyderabad office, operating in a hybrid work mode. This position requires immediate availability or up to 30 days notice period. Key Responsibilities
The role involves leading the design, deployment, and expansion of cutting-edge AI platforms and autonomous agent solutions that drive enterprise productivity and intelligent decision-making. Collaborating closely with data scientists and other engineering professionals, the AI Engineer will architect robust, large-scale AI and Agentic systems using Large Language Models (LLMs), agent orchestration frameworks, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. The candidate will contribute technical leadership in LLM prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and generative AI integration, ensuring the AI initiatives align with organizational innovation strategies.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of four years experience in AI/ML engineering or applied artificial intelligence within enterprise settings.
- Proven experience developing and implementing sophisticated agentic AI systems enabling enhanced reasoning and interaction in complex workflow environments.
- Hands-on expertise in LLM development, custom GPT model creation, OpenAI API utilization, and RAG implementations, including familiarity with MCP/A2A/ACP and Agent Evaluations.
- Proficiency in Python programming with practical use of AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and refine AI model outputs effectively.
- Advanced skills in prompt engineering, fine-tuning of language models, and orchestration of multi-agent AI frameworks.
- Experience designing and optimizing retrieval-augmented generation workflows using vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Capability to integrate AI solutions at enterprise scale, ensuring performance, compliance, and scalability.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs including GPT, vector databases, and orchestration tools such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
Desirable Skills
- Experience documenting AI system architectures and generating comprehensive process/user guides.
