Agentic AI Developer

About the Role

Take charge in architecting, developing, and deploying advanced agentic AI systems designed to revolutionize enterprise processes. The intelligent agents you work on will execute autonomous orchestration of workflows, perform real-time data analytics, and embed decision-making capabilities in various sectors such as finance, sales, and operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and uphold high standards of technical quality throughout project phases. Microsoft AI Foundry is the primary platform for agent development, with occasional usage of Copilot Studio for specific use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the development of robust, scalable agentic AI systems suitable for production environments.
• Create serverless, event-driven workflows leveraging Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
• Develop and refine machine learning models for predictive tasks, anomaly detection, and recommendation engines using Azure ML, Databricks, and Python.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications including SAP HANA, Salesforce, Snowflake, Kafka, and UiPath.
• Maintain system observability and dependability by implementing Azure Monitor, logging systems, and alert frameworks.
• Establish and uphold standards for architecture, reusable components, and governance policies.
• Conduct code reviews, lead technical design meetings, and facilitate agile processes.
• Utilize Microsoft AI Foundry to build and deploy enterprise-compliant agents.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members, encouraging innovation and technical excellence.
• Promote teamwork and strategic alignment across teams regarding agentic AI plans and implementations.
• Manage delivery schedules, quality standards, and communication with stakeholders.
• Advocate for best practices in DevOps, continuous integration/deployment, and ML model lifecycle management.
• Remain updated on advancements in AI, machine vision, and IoT to inform strategic choices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with data scientists and ML engineers to develop and integrate models.
• Work with product managers and UX designers to tailor agent features to user requirements.
• Coordinate with enterprise architects and DevOps engineers to ensure scalability and deployment efficiency.
• Partner with security and compliance teams to meet regulatory and governance criteria.
• Engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define use cases and validate results.
• Support change management and enablement teams in adoption and training initiatives.

Eligibility

Applicants should possess a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Production and Industrial Engineering.
