Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Affiliate Manager to lead the growth and management of our affiliate program in Saudi Arabia for our new product, Affstore. This is the inaugural dedicated position focused on building and expanding our partner ecosystem in this region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates under Revenue Share and CPA models targeting the Saudi Arabia market.
• Execute daily outreach and prospecting activities to attract new affiliates.
• Handle incoming affiliate leads promptly every day.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with current affiliates, offering support and development.
• Oversee coordination of payment processes with assigned affiliates.
• Monitor affiliate actions to detect and prevent fraudulent practices.
• Respond to affiliate inquiries efficiently, providing timely assistance.
• Lead and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing the affiliate program as a product.
• Engage in internal and external affiliate events including meet-ups, conferences, and business trips, both remotely and onsite.
• Collect feedback from affiliates and communicate relevant insights to the Team Lead.
• Generate and interpret reports, showcasing strong analytical competencies.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in affiliate marketing focused on the Saudi Arabian market.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
• Excellent communication and sales abilities.
• Experience in Forex or related financial sectors is highly preferred.
• Capability to identify and build solid relationships with local affiliates, networks, and agencies.
• Having an existing network or portfolio of trusted affiliates or partners in Saudi Arabia is a strong plus.
