Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and dispatching legal notices via suitable courier or postal channels.
• Appearing in courts and tribunals as required, including local and out-of-state jurisdictions.
• Representing clients effectively in various court matters.
• Preparing legal pleadings, case documentation, and related paperwork.
• Conducting thorough legal research to support cases.
• Maintaining communication with clients and updating case files regularly.

Requirements

• Possession of an LL.B. degree along with a valid Certificate of Practice (COP).
• Proficiency in legal drafting and litigation procedures.
• Willingness to travel for court hearings, including locations outside the home state.
• Ownership of a personal laptop and printer for official use.
