Role Overview
We are seeking a proficient Advisory Manager to contribute to our advisory projects by guiding organizations in designing technology strategies, optimizing IT operating models, conducting vendor evaluations, and shaping transformation programs that drive measurable value and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise senior executives on aligning technology strategies with business priorities.
- Develop and implement operating models for technology and digital transformation functions.
- Conduct requirements gathering and analyze options for new business applications and capabilities.
- Lead technology procurement efforts, including market analysis and vendor assessments.
- Provide enterprise architecture guidance, including system rationalization and scalability planning.
- Design transformation programs encompassing business case development, delivery strategies, and value realization approaches while supporting governance forums.
- Manage client advisory engagements by overseeing team resources, budgets, scopes, and deliverables.
- Offer effective leadership and coaching to team members.
- Drive business development and sales initiatives to grow advisory services.
Candidate Profile
- Six or more years of experience in consulting, professional services, or related fields with a strong advisory or stakeholder-facing role.
- Proven track record of influencing and collaborating with senior leadership, including boards and executive teams.
- In-depth understanding of core technology areas such as enterprise architecture, IT operations, ITIL/ITSM frameworks, and emerging technologies like cloud and digital solutions.
- Exposure to various enterprise systems including ERP, HRIS, FMIS, CRM, and BI, with the ability to assess their suitability and market relevance.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of structuring ambiguous challenges and presenting coherent insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at translating technical concepts into clear business advice and cultivating trusted relationships.
- Experience in facilitating collaborative workshops to build consensus and enable effective decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and delivering high-quality results.
- Successful background in business development and sales activities within a consulting context.
