Role Overview
As an Admission Counsellor at Global Siksha located in Delhi-NCR, you will play a key role in guiding prospective students and their parents through studying abroad opportunities. Your primary focus will be to provide clear and comprehensive information about various programs and facilitate successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and advise students and parents on international education programs and options.
- Respond to queries received via phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails efficiently.
- Clarify details regarding course curricula, eligibility requirements, fee structures, and the admission procedures.
- Engage in consistent follow-up with potential candidates to encourage application completion and enrollment.
- Manage and document student information meticulously using CRM systems or Excel spreadsheets.
- Support applicants throughout the entire admissions journey, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
