Accounts Manager

About the Role

Total Synergy Consulting Private Limited is urgently seeking a seasoned Accounts Manager with over five years of experience to oversee the comprehensive accounting operations at our Gurgaon office. This role demands a proactive individual capable of independently managing all accounting tasks within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions autonomously.
• Maintain company accounts using Tally software.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial documents.
• Manage GST filings, TDS, invoicing, vendor payments, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Compile MIS reports and assist management with relevant financial data.
• Maintain precise record-keeping and ensure timely completion of all accounting-related activities.

Requirements

• At least five years of practical experience handling full-spectrum accounting responsibilities.
• Ability to independently manage the entire accounts department.
• Proficient in Tally accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS processes, and fundamental accounting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills.

Additional Details

• Location: Gurgaon.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, five-day workweek.
• Employment type: Full-time.
• Monthly Salary Range: INR 35,000 to 45,000.
