Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete accounting process, covering general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
• Carry out month-end and year-end closing work and produce financial statements that comply with IFRS.
• Maintain proper revenue recognition, asset accounting, and accurate financial records.
• Track daily cash and bank movements while ensuring strong internal control practices.
• Oversee VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax compliance, including filings.
• Ensure adherence to ZATCA e-invoicing rules and other relevant Saudi statutory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax officials, and other regulatory stakeholders.
• Prepare financial reports, review cash flow and business performance, and assist with budgeting and management reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Applicants should have at least 5 years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years gained in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
• Professional qualifications such as SOCPA, CPA, or ACCA are an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel is needed.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and Saudi tax laws is essential.
• The role calls for solid analytical ability, communication skills, and organization.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
