About the Role
Google’s advertising platform plays a crucial role in supporting companies of all sizes to expand in the evolving marketing landscape. This position requires a proactive sales approach, insight into online media, and a strong commitment to client success. The Account Manager will engage deeply with customers and agencies, manage dynamic relationships, and design tailored solutions that help clients achieve ambitious results. Collaboration with the sales team helps shape advertising's future through innovation and AI integration, influencing numerous companies globally.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic, data-driven Google Ads plans to meet short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key client and agency stakeholders, serving as their main adviser and contact.
- Provide tailored, data-backed recommendations addressing client-specific goals and challenges.
- Oversee a portfolio of complex client accounts, managing growth opportunities and mitigating related risks.
- Analyze campaign results to identify insights, quantify impact, and uncover optimization and promotional prospects.
- Partner with cross-functional teams internally to align on client goals and business priorities while keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of five years experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, or digital marketing.
- Strong ability to interpret data and market trends to generate actionable strategies and insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a business or related field.
- At least three years managing digital marketing and advertising initiatives and client/agency relationships.
- Two years of project management experience within a complex organizational framework.
- Competency in data-driven decision-making and analytical approaches.
