Account Manager - Shopify SaaS

About the Role

This company operates a cutting-edge SaaS platform utilized by over 600 Shopify merchants, including leading names in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors. The business is growing swiftly, having experienced a more than 20% increase in ARR last month.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of engaged Shopify merchants.
• Develop strong relationships to drive account growth and retention.
• Identify and pursue upselling opportunities as merchant businesses expand.
• Proactively engage with customers to minimize churn rates.
• Assist new clients through the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with agency partners and cross-functional teams including Product, Growth, and Engineering to enhance customer success.
• Provide expert guidance to help merchants fully leverage the SaaS platform.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services.
• Familiarity with SaaS, ecommerce technologies, or digital agency environments.
• Knowledge of Shopify is highly valued.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Commercially minded with a focus on customer success rather than aggressive sales.
• A genuine enthusiasm for helping customers achieve their goals.
