Role Overview

This full-time remote position seeks an Academic Head responsible for comprehensive educational management, which encompasses planning, delivering, and overseeing academic policies and programs. Daily duties include leading curriculum design, ensuring teaching methods meet academic benchmarks, and providing educators with the needed resources and guidance. The role also involves coordinating assessment processes, interpreting academic performance metrics, and driving strategies to enhance educational outcomes. The Academic Head will work closely with school leadership, teachers, and families to maintain clear communication and uphold a unified academic mission throughout the institution.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Proven expertise in Educational Management and experience managing academic programs or departments.
• Strong background in Curriculum Development, capable of designing and updating curricula to meet educational standards.
• Exceptional Communication skills to engage effectively with educators, leadership, students, and families.
• Leadership and Team Management abilities to guide, mentor, and support teaching staff.
• Advanced degree in Education or a closely related discipline with demonstrated academic leadership or school administrative experience.
• Experience working efficiently in a remote capacity utilizing digital tools for coordination and oversight.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, including proficiency in academic data analysis and assessment-driven improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge and application of inclusive education methodologies and familiarity with international or diverse academic programs is advantageous.
