About the Internship

Join Reducate.ai as a Telecalling intern and play a vital role in our mission to transform education through innovative technological solutions. This role leverages your proficiency in MS Excel along with spoken and written English and Hindi skills to engage potential clients over the phone. Your efforts will directly influence our outreach and sales effectiveness, benefiting educators and students globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on potential leads.
• Keep meticulous records of all customer communications and transactions using MS Excel.
• Utilize strong communication skills in English and Hindi to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Deliver clear information regarding products and pricing to interested individuals.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve set targets and business goals.
• Help organize appointments and arrange meetings as required.
• Continuously enhance your understanding of Reducate.ai’s offerings to provide improved customer support.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to work remotely from home.
• Must be available to start between July 25, 2026, and August 29, 2026.
• Commitment to a 2-month internship duration is essential.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills and genuine interest in the field.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend of ₹2000.
• Receive a certificate and letter of recommendation upon completion.
• Flexible working hours with a 5-day workweek.
