About the Internship

Consilience Consultants, a company specializing in medical equipment including Sleep Diagnostic, Sleep Therapy, and Respiratory devices, is seeking interns for its sales department. This internship involves active participation in the sales process with hands-on experience in lead generation and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customer leads through online platforms, databases, and various lead generation methods.
• Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales presentations tailored to prospective clients.
• Update and manage customer information and sales data using CRM tools.
• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to nurture leads and arrange meetings.
• Organize appointments and meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
• Compile and maintain weekly sales activity reports and related documentation.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship during the 6-month period.
• Available to commence between July 27, 2026, and August 31, 2026.
• Possess relevant skills and interests aligned with sales and marketing.

Compensation and Benefits

• The monthly stipend ranges from INR 15,000 to 20,000, comprising a fixed pay between INR 10,000 and 12,000 plus incentives valued at INR 5,000 to 8,000.
• Interns will receive a certificate upon completion.
• Flexible working hours and a casual dress code are offered.
• Successful interns may receive a job offer with an expected annual salary between INR 300,000 and 500,000.
