Milago is a platform leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance meeting productivity by capturing conversations, generating summaries, and identifying decisions to produce clear action items. Serving professionals, startups, and businesses, Milago aims to minimize manual note-taking and improve follow-up processes, making meetings more effective.

This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience with marketing efforts, growth initiatives, content production, influencer outreach, and strategic go-to-market activities within an innovative AI startup.

Internship Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a weekly content calendar tailored for social media platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and others to promote Milago.
• Conduct in-depth research on Milago's target users, such as founders, project managers, sales teams, recruiters, consultants, and expanding businesses.
• Create diverse content forms such as social media posts, captions, brief blogs, product messaging, and campaign materials focusing on AI, meetings, productivity, and tracking action items.
• Design simple graphic visual assets, carousels, and short-form video content using tools like Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Express, and disseminate them across Milago's social channels.
• Identify and engage relevant influencers, content creators, and communities across Reddit, Telegram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, newsletters, and industry forums related to startups, AI, productivity, and SaaS sectors.
• Maintain an organized tracker of influencer and community outreach activities utilizing Google Sheets or Excel, documenting creator details, engagement, contact information, and outreach progress.
• Assist in outreach efforts aimed at influencers, community leaders, newsletter publishers, and potential collaborators for product demonstrations, reviews, and awareness campaigns.
• Interact constructively with community members by providing valuable insights, answering queries, understanding pain points, and seizing chances to introduce Milago in a non-intrusive manner.
• Conduct small-scale marketing experiments targeting increased online presence, website traffic, user sign-ups, and demo requests.
• Monitor weekly key performance indicators such as reach, engagement rates, follower growth, leads, sign-ups, demo solicitations, campaign results, and community feedback.
• Compile concise weekly reports summarizing completed tasks, outcomes, lessons learned, community observations, and proposed next steps.
• Produce, edit, and upload short-form videos featuring product demos, AI productivity tips, meeting topics, reels, and shorts suitable for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.

Candidate Requirements and Eligibility

• Strong written English proficiency and effective communication skills.
• Genuine interest in artificial intelligence, SaaS, and the startup ecosystem.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing principles.
• Preferred previous experience with LinkedIn content creation, Canva design, video editing, influencer outreach, or social media page management.
• Ability to provide samples of prior work, including content pieces, campaigns, designs, blogs, or videos.
• Suitable primarily for students or recent graduates eager to acquire hands-on marketing exposure in early-stage AI products.

Applicants must be available to undertake this fully remote internship on a part-time basis for three months, commencing between July 12 and August 16, 2026.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• A stipend of INR 6000 per month is offered.
• The role includes flexible working hours operating five days a week.
• Selected interns will receive a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
