About the Internship
Sedani Digital Private Limited is offering a hands-on internship opportunity for individuals eager to launch their careers in human resources. The role involves gaining practical experience in recruitment and various HR functions while working with a pioneering software solutions company that owns multiple innovative products such as PTENOTE, FinTax24, Toopso, and PlaceMeRight.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job listings to support recruitment efforts.
- Aid the HR team in organizing and managing employee training and development sessions.
- Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR databases for accuracy.
- Help onboard new employees ensuring seamless integration into the company environment.
- Create and contribute to engaging internal communications within the team.
- Participate in various HR initiatives aimed at boosting employee involvement and workplace satisfaction.
- Provide innovative ideas to enhance HR operations and processes.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants should be available for full-time, on-site engagement, able to start between July 29, 2026, and September 2, 2026, and commit to a six-month duration. Candidates are required to possess relevant HR skills and interests, with proficiency in English communication being essential.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 9,000 to 16,000, composed of a fixed payment between INR 4,000 and 6,000, plus performance-based incentives between INR 5,000 and 10,000. Additional perks include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, and a five-day workweek.
