Human Resources (HR) Internship

About the internship

OyeLabs Technologies is looking for an HR intern to support everyday people-operations tasks while working remotely. The company builds software for startups and enterprises, including AI-driven platforms, on-demand products, scalable clone solutions, and ready-made tools. This internship is designed to give practical exposure to real business workflows, close collaboration with an in-house team, and hands-on learning in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll do

• Publish fresh job openings on job portals and other hiring platforms.
• Review applications and help with resume screening.
• Prepare and send offer as well as rejection communication.
• Coordinate and schedule interview rounds.
• Maintain updated records of new joiners, including forms and contact details.
• Support payroll records by tracking leaves, work hours, and bank account information.
• Check and proofread HR-related documents.
• Assist with HR policies, team culture initiatives, and related tasks.
• Draft and organize Word, PowerPoint, and Excel materials as needed.
• Monitor task progress, priorities, and deadlines across different projects.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work from home, begin between 7 Jul 2026 and 11 Aug 2026, and commit to a 6-month internship.
