About the Internship

Join Reckitt India's HR team as a meticulous and initiative-driven Human Resources Intern to aid in recruitment management, candidate communications, and HR operational duties. This opportunity offers significant exposure to fundamental HR functions within a large, diverse organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize customized outreach templates tailored for recruiters across all departments, incorporating Reckitt-specific information.
• Engage with Hiring Managers to ensure roles and expectations are clear prior to initial interview rounds.
• Facilitate Hiring Manager involvement during candidates' notice periods.
• Maintain and update a tracker for nearly successful candidates, coordinating personalized follow-up calls and emails.
• Assist the wider HR team in various operational tasks as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship located in Gurgaon.
• Internship start date should be between July 27, 2026, and August 31, 2026.
• Commitment to the 6-month internship duration is essential.
• Relevant skills and genuine interest in Human Resources are required.

Additional Requirements

• Prior internship experience in HR is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and common communication tools.
• Availability to begin the internship immediately or within one week is preferred.

Compensation
