About the Internship

This internship offers an opportunity to be deeply involved in talent acquisition for non-technical positions at Swipe. Responsibilities encompass end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as social media, job portals, LinkedIn, and campus outreach initiatives. The intern will evaluate resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews. In addition to recruitment tasks, the role involves maintaining and updating candidate databases and tracking hiring metrics for process improvements. The intern will also engage in organizing interactive and inclusive corporate events to celebrate festivals, cultural occasions, and team milestones.

Who Can Apply

The position is open to students or recent graduates with backgrounds in HR, business, psychology, communications, or allied disciplines. Applicants must be capable of a full-time commitment within Swipe's Hyderabad office, starting between July 21, 2026 and August 25, 2026, for a duration of six months. Ideal candidates possess a creative mindset towards sourcing and employer branding and communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills.

Stipend and Perks

The internship stipend ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 30,000 per month. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion, a letter of recommendation, and enjoy a relaxed dress code environment.
