About the Internship

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to real client projects primarily in healthcare and B2B sectors, alongside experimental internal initiatives.
Support the Creative Lead on certain tasks and independently manage others, balancing supervised and autonomous work.
Create design assets for brand campaigns and social media content schedules.
Employ AI tools thoughtfully for ideation, image generation, and production without relying solely on automation.
Receive mentorship by observing senior team members’ decision-making processes and incorporating constructive feedback.

Candidate Eligibility

Must be able to work fully remotely for the entire 3-month duration starting between July 25 and August 29, 2026.
Should possess relevant skills and genuine interest in the field.
Women aiming to initiate or relaunch their careers are especially encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a related discipline.
A portfolio of 5-6 well-executed design pieces that demonstrate your capabilities.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite with proficiency in Figma considered advantageous.
Strong grasp of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy principles.
Comfortable and knowledgeable use of AI creative tools with critical awareness of their strengths and limitations.
Additional skills such as motion graphics, hand-drawn illustration, copywriting, prior agency experience, or familiarity with Framer/WordPress are beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a paid internship offering a stipend of ₹10,000 per month.
Participants will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
