Recognizing the challenges many women and girls face related to basic sanitary hygiene—which affects health, education, and confidence—the foundation provides free sanitary pads monthly in slum areas, promotes awareness on menstrual health, and works to dismantle enduring stigmas. Internship Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic Backend Development interns passionate about contributing to social change by supporting our website and application backend infrastructure. Working alongside our skilled developers, you will gain practical experience in backend systems as well as contribute to meaningful projects.

• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement backend solutions utilizing HTML.
• Assist in identifying and resolving bugs ensuring smooth functionality.
• Optimize website performance and scalability.
• Participate in developing new features and enhancements.
• Engage in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to elevate code quality.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in backend development.
• Take responsibility for assigned projects and ensure their successful, precise completion.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be available to work from home and able to start between July 13, 2026, and August 17, 2026.
• Applicants should commit to a 1-month internship duration.
• Preference for individuals with relevant skills and interests in backend development.
• Open to women seeking to start or restart their careers.
• Suitable for Computer Science Engineering students and freshers looking for job experience.

Stipend and Benefits

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5000 to 5500.
