About Finodha and Internship Opportunity
Finodha, operated by Nefco FinTech Private Limited, is an online platform created to provide individuals, startups, and established businesses with transparent, convenient, and affordable services including income tax return filing, GST registration and filing, ROC compliance, TDS management, among others. The goal is to offer these services accessibly and hassle-free.
This internship is a 6-month, full-time in-office position designed to potentially lead to permanent employment with Finodha based on performance and successful completion.
Location and Work Nature
The role is based in New Delhi, specifically near Nirman Vihar Metro Station (PIN 110092), and requires daily commuting to the office. The internship focuses on taxation and corporate compliance activities such as Income Tax Return filing, GST registration and compliance, company registrations, and MCA/ROC compliance work.
Responsibilities
- Support preparation and submission of income tax returns and related tax tasks.
- Assist with GST registration, filing GST returns, and managing GST compliance.
- Handle incorporation processes and document preparation for Private Limited Companies, OPCs, and LLPs.
- Participate in MCA/ROC compliance and filings per the Companies Act, 2013.
- Gather, verify, and organize necessary client documents for compliance tasks.
- Liaise with clients to obtain required information and clarify pending issues.
- Prepare documentation including forms, checklists, and supporting papers for filings.
- Monitor and track client cases, deadlines, filing statuses, and statutory requirements.
- Identify basic compliance needs based on client profiles.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal tracking and CRM systems accordingly.
- Acquire and apply knowledge related to income tax, GST, company law, and MCA/ROC regulations.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be able to commit full-time to an in-office internship in New Delhi.
- Start date should be between July 28, 2026, and September 1, 2026.
- Availability for the full six-month internship period is required.
- Preferably from Delhi to manage daily commuting.
- Should possess relevant interests or skills in taxation, GST, company law, or ROC compliance.
- Comfortable working on real client compliance projects after training.
- A genuine intention to join Finodha full-time after internship completion, contingent on performance.

Compensation and Benefits
