Opportunity Overview
Join Window Genie of Lexington as a full-time Window Cleaner earning $18 per hour with opportunities to increase to $25+ per hour through commissions, along with bonuses and benefits. This role offers you the chance to work outdoors, learning professional window cleaning and other maintenance services while being active and engaged in a dynamic work environment.
Role Description and Responsibilities
- Perform thorough window cleaning tasks including inside, outside, and second-story windows.
- Expand your skill set by undertaking additional services such as pressure washing, gutter cleaning, holiday light installation, and window tinting.
- Engage directly with customers by reviewing completed work, processing payments, requesting feedback, and recommending additional services.
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment to ensure they are clean and functional.
