Warehouse Assistant

About the Role

As a Warehouse Assistant on the Distribution Center team in Singapore, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth, safe, and precise daily warehouse activities. Reporting to the Warehouse Senior Associate, your responsibilities include overseeing the receipt, storage, verification, and preparation of goods for dispatch, ensuring compliance with operational and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct standard warehouse logistics tasks such as inventory control, including receipt, inspection, storage, and transfer of goods.
• Perform thorough quality and quantity checks both before delivery (picking and packing) and upon acceptance within the warehouse.
• Execute scheduled physical inventory counts on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and perform regular equipment maintenance.
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety and health standards during all daily activities.
• Assist supervisors with any additional operational duties as required within set deadlines.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification of “N” or “O” Level, or higher, ideally with a focus in logistics or a relevant discipline.
• Possess one to two years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Demonstrate a positive, proactive mindset and a team-oriented work ethic.
• Exhibit meticulousness, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize, take initiative, manage pressure, and multitask effectively.
• Capable of working independently with essential problem-solving skills.
