Warehouse and Logistics Operations Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive operations professional to independently oversee and manage all facets of warehouse and dispatch operations from start to finish. This role involves hands-on involvement in the daily management of inventory and dispatch procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities within the warehouse including inventory control and dispatch management.
• Generate shipments and manage order processing via the Shiprocket platform.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth stock movement and timely dispatch.
• Plan and coordinate pickups while maintaining communication with courier partners.
• Monitor shipments including non-delivery reports (NDRs), delays, return to origin (RTO) cases, and delivery exceptions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate reports related to inventory and dispatches.
• Handle both bulk and individual shipments efficiently.
• Compile and manage Management Information System (MIS) reports leveraging Excel tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience working with Shiprocket dashboard functionalities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data reporting techniques.
• Previous exposure to warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
• Strong coordination capabilities coupled with effective problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.
• Able to perform efficiently in a fast-moving work environment.

Additional Information

• Work location is on-site at Okhla, New Delhi.
• The role requires working six days per week.
• Preferred candidates are those who can join immediately.
