Key Responsibilities
- Manage all receipt of incoming goods for trading items, packaging materials, and finished products in SAP.
- Execute goods receipt procedures adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), verifying SKU details, quantity, batch numbers, UOM, and expiry dates.
- Create handling unit labels to enable organized placement of goods into SAP-assigned bin locations.
- Prepare and assist in client stock takes and participate in regular cycle counts on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Produce inventory reports for unplanned physical inventory audits.
- Update SAP records to reflect stock movements, including packing confirmations, inventory adjustments like damage or retention, and usage tracking of packaging supplies.
- Initiate purchase orders for packaging materials and related services.
- Oversee daily order processing to guarantee timely and accurate fulfillment aligned with client specifications.
- Work closely with internal teams to expedite urgent export shipments.
- Administer return orders by verifying item conditions and ensuring proper placement in designated storage.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and GSDP standards and procedures throughout operations.
- Strictly follow documentation protocols and uphold safety and security standards during all tasks.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain smooth daily warehouse functions.
- Engage in special projects as assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education of GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent secondary education with relevant warehouse operational experience.
- Proficiency in SAP for warehouse transaction processing.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word for general computer use.
- Effective communication skills in spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of trade compliance documentation, associated procedures, and administrative support activities.
- Familiarity with GMP, GSDP, and ISO quality standards.
