Role Overview

As a waiter/waitress, you will embody the exceptional standards of our food and beverage service, creating a welcoming, attentive experience that makes guests feel appreciated. Your role involves greeting guests, serving efficiently and courteously, and possessing comprehensive knowledge about our menu items including allergens, enabling you to advise guests and effectively promote upselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome all restaurant guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Serve guests attentively and efficiently, ensuring courteous interactions.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the food and beverage menu and allergens to make suitable recommendations and upsell options.
• Actively promote hotel and F&B offers to increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness and service excellence across the property.
• Adapt to additional duties as required, including possible redeployment to different areas to meet operational needs.
• Manage assigned cashier responsibilities accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant sector is advantageous.
• Ability to remain calm, attentive, and courteous while focusing on guest satisfaction.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of thriving under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Effective team collaborator.
