Role Overview

We are looking to add passionate Waiters and Waitresses to our dynamic team at Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman. Candidates with a strong mix of character, skills, and enthusiasm for delivering memorable guest experiences are encouraged to apply. You will play a key role in supporting the food and beverage department, ensuring service is performed with the highest standards aligning with both property and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient operation of the food and beverage department to deliver exceptional guest service experiences.
• Carry out assigned tasks promptly and professionally to meet quality standards.
• Work cooperatively with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and address inquiries or issues effectively.
• Support department objectives and strategies by taking ownership of specific responsibilities within the food service area.
• Commit to continuous personal development in skills, knowledge, and expertise within the food service domain that aligns with company growth and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with department leadership to maintain inventory, meet productivity goals, and uphold performance benchmarks.
• Establish and nurture positive communication channels and relationships with key stakeholders, promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices, documenting necessary audits and following up as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferably possess national academic credentials.
• At least one year of relevant experience in food and beverage service.
