Job Role Description

• Gain thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings on the outlet’s menu.
• Prepare the outlet for daily operations such as mise-en-place, setting and resetting tables, performing light cleaning and other related duties.
• Take food and drink orders from guests while encouraging additional sales where possible.
• Use the outlet’s point-of-sale system accurately as per instructions to record all sales.
• Serve food and beverages following established quality standards.
• Clear tables and transport used dishes to the dishwashing area effectively.
• Carry out opening and closing tasks assigned for the outlet.
• Accommodate special guest requests related to food preparation or ingredients with flexibility.
• Adhere to presentation standards defined by the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Keep the designated section/station clean and organized at all times.
• Ensure implementation of all company brand standards, including minimum and optional where applicable.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant environment is essential.
• A lively, enthusiastic personality and a genuine passion for hospitality service.
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluent in English communication.
