This full-time position focuses on transforming fashion trends into engaging customer journeys, showcasing collections to maximize sales and enhance the shopping experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Merchandise the store in alignment with brand guidelines and current fashion trends.
• Design compelling product displays to inspire customers and boost sales.
• Effectively promote new collections and key product launches.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to execute creative visual initiatives.
• Review and analyze commercial reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Leverage money mapping and sales trend data to optimize product placements.
• Monitor stock levels to identify and act on opportunities for improved trading performance.
• Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to maintain a fashion-forward store environment.
• Provide valuable commercial feedback to support strategic business decisions.
• Work closely with Commercial and Operations teams to support store success.
• Assist with stock management, ordering processes, and reporting.
• Contribute to colleague training and onboarding initiatives.
• Share product knowledge and trend insights with customers to enhance their experience.
• Create a welcoming, inspiring, and service-oriented atmosphere within the store.
