Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our retail team at the flagship San Francisco store. Working closely with the Store Manager and the US Visual Merchandising Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring that product presentation embodies Sézane's unique DNA and enhances the customer shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure product displays optimally represent the brand identity and entice customers through engaging presentation.
• Rotate and update racks, mannequins, tables, and wall displays aligned with collection launches and inventory status.
• Plan and manage workflow effectively to meet commercial deadlines and priorities.
• Oversee the presentation and maintenance of Point of Sale advertising and merchandising elements.
• Manage decorative details including floral arrangements and other artistic objects to elevate store ambiance.
• Coordinate the seamless execution of installations, including window displays, pop-ups, photo shoots, and store events.
• Provide training and promote awareness among sales staff on maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
• Distribute essential visual merchandising communications such as photographs, product focus sheets, and trend updates.
• Engage actively with various store managers to align visual merchandising approaches with their expectations.
• Collaborate with stock teams for merchandise preparation including selection, pricing, visual streaming, and anti-theft procedures.
• Report feedback and developments to management to fine-tune visual merchandising guidelines.

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser within the ready-to-wear fashion sector.
• A strong passion for fashion, with a keen eye on trends and a strategic, commercial approach to product presentation.
• Creative, optimistic, and proactive, with a desire to grow skills in a dynamic and responsive environment.
• Excellent collaborator who enjoys contributing to store-wide goals.
