Overview

Performance Asset Management seeks a skilled Videographer based in or near Milwaukee, WI, to produce impactful video content that drives sales, fosters trust, and educates customers. This role involves owning the full video strategy and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance the customer journey through video.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive video strategy inspired by Marcus Sheridan's Endless Customers methodology.
• Create educational videos addressing buyer inquiries and assisting prospects throughout their journey.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to pinpoint high-value video content opportunities.
• Curate and maintain an extensive, searchable video library covering sales, marketing, training, and education.
• Consistently produce 2–3 polished videos weekly using an efficient production process.
• Manage the entire video production lifecycle including planning, filming, editing, publishing, and optimization.
• Travel regularly within Southeast Wisconsin to film listing videos, property walkthroughs, inspections, renovations, maintenance, resident and investor stories, and neighborhood content.
• Coach sales personnel on effective one-on-one and one-to-many video communication techniques.
• Capture interviews, testimonials, and supplementary B-roll footage.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance editing efficiency, audio quality, color correction, and workflow management.
• Oversee video equipment and creative asset organization.
• Stay informed about emerging video technologies and train staff on best practices.
• Track video performance metrics and refine content strategies based on business outcomes.

Technical Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional video filming and editing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
• Familiarity with After Effects or motion graphics is preferred.
• Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator is advantageous.
• Strong storytelling and scripting capabilities.
• Excellent skills in conducting interviews and coaching on-camera performance.
• Solid understanding of video composition, lighting, and sound recording.
• Knowledge of YouTube content optimization and publishing processes.
• Experience using AI-enhanced production tools.
• Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range: $58,000 to $70,000, plus eligibility for quarterly bonuses after six months.
