Validation Lead

Role Overview

The Validation Lead plays a crucial role in offering solutions covering both modular and service scopes within residential and commercial projects. This role involves collaborating with both dedicated vendors handling modular components nationwide and Livspace-certified contractors along with the in-house contracting team for service delivery. The Validation Lead ensures accurate input to vendor partners and captures precise customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and conduct detailed site validations.
• Interpret and understand multidisciplinary drawings, including modular, non-modular KWS, furniture, civil, electrical, and plumbing designs, ensuring each BOQ item quantity is accurately assessed.
• Detect inconsistencies in designs and anticipate possible execution risks.
• Identify omissions and missing items in the BOQ.
• Complete the BOQ by clarifying any design conflicts through thorough site validations.
• Deliver accurate, error-free validation reports within agreed service level agreements (SLA).

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 3 years of contracting experience, including at least 1 year in execution and 2 years in quantity surveying within residential or commercial projects.
• Strong capability to evaluate design feasibility, visualize onsite conditions, and predict potential execution challenges.
• Proactive with strong prioritization skills and an exceptional sense of ownership over responsibilities.
• High aptitude for continuous learning and skill enhancement.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
