About the Role
The organization seeks an experienced and driven US IT Recruiter to become part of the recruitment team. The successful candidate should possess extensive experience with full-cycle US IT recruitment, advanced sourcing capabilities, and a comprehensive grasp of US hiring processes, including work authorizations and employment classifications.
This role demands managing identification, screening, vetting, and presenting top IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles across multiple technologies and sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT job openings, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding completion.
- Identify suitable candidates utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, proprietary databases, and referrals.
- Evaluate resumes considering technical skills, prior experience, geographical location, work authorization status, and position-specific criteria.
- Conduct preliminary screening interviews assessing technology expertise, communication skills, availability, salary expectations, and candidate interest.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified IT candidates to meet present and upcoming recruitment needs.
- Collaborate closely with account and delivery managers, along with hiring teams, to fully understand job specifications and candidate prerequisites.
- Present well-qualified candidates to clients ensuring accurate representation of candidate profiles.
- Arrange interviews between clients and candidates while maintaining communication throughout the interview progress.
- Facilitate negotiation regarding salary, start date, and employment conditions when necessary.
- Maintain relationships with candidates through recruitment and onboarding stages.
- Keep detailed and accurate records within ATS/CRM systems related to candidates and recruitment activities.
- Ensure adherence to client-specific submission procedures and US regulatory employment standards.
- Stay informed about current IT technologies, labor market trends, compensation levels, and talent pool status.
- Strive to meet or surpass recruitment goals, submission targets, interview ratios, and placement success rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Three to seven years of professional experience in US IT recruitment and staffing.
- In-depth knowledge of US IT staffing processes and full recruitment lifecycle.
- Expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing methodologies.
- Proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter and well-known US job platforms.
- Solid understanding of eligible US work authorization categories and employment models including W2, C2C, contract-to-hire, and permanent hiring.
- Exceptional skills in candidate evaluation and communication.
- Strong negotiation capabilities and talent relationship management experience.
- Ability to work autonomously within a high-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with US staffing agencies, MSP/VMS systems, or implementation partners.
- Background recruiting for Federal/State Government or large enterprise clientele.
- Ability to manage high-volume vacancies and multiple concurrent openings efficiently.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment analytics.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or MBA with HR specialization preferred.

Work location: Remote from Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Shift timing: US Central Standard Time shift, 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
Employment type: Full-time position.
