Role overview
AANSEACORE is hiring a US Account Executive for its finance and accounting team in Udaipur. The role is centered on US accounting and accounts payable work, with a strong focus on invoice handling, vendor coordination, record maintenance, and ERP-based accounting processes.
The right candidate should be comfortable working with financial data, managing AP workflows end to end, and supporting closing activities and reporting. Good Excel capability, careful attention to detail, and clear communication are important for success in this position.
What you will do
- Handle vendor invoices and support day-to-day accounts payable operations.
- Post invoices, process payments, and complete vendor reconciliation work.
- Keep accounting records and financial files accurate and well organized.
- Check expense claims and apply the correct account codes.
- Support month-end and year-end closure tasks.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to fix invoice or payment mismatches.
- Draft financial reports and provide support during audit activities.
- Follow internal policies and comply with US accounting practices and standards.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance is preferred, including B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or CA Inter.
- About 1 to 3 years of experience in US Accounting, Accounts Payable, or General Accounting.
- Working knowledge of AP processes, invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
- Experience using ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or comparable systems.
- Good analytical ability, organization, and communication skills.
