UI UX Designer

About the Role

An innovative London-based technology company is developing advanced AI-driven solutions intersecting compliance, operations, and digital transformation. They are expanding their team and seeking a talented Digital UI/UX Designer with front-end development capabilities to craft user-centered experiences across client-facing products, AI-powered workflows, and internal platforms. This role offers significant responsibility and influence in shaping products from initial concept through delivery within a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for web and AI-enabled platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to guide design choices.
• Translate intricate business processes and technical requirements into usable digital experiences.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to refine workflows, enhance usability, and improve customer interaction.
• Develop user flows, process maps, detailed design documentation, and specifications.
• Support ongoing product enhancement through testing, iterative feedback, and design refinements.
• Contribute to creation and upkeep of design systems, design standards, and best practices.
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of designs.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Computer Science, or substantial equivalent experience.
• Proven UI/UX design background with a portfolio featuring web apps, SaaS platforms, dashboards, or workflow-driven software.
• Expertise in contemporary design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar applications.
• Firm grasp of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.
• Experience designing enterprise SaaS, operational tools, or data-intensive products.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS enabling strong collaboration with development teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to simplify complex concepts into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication abilities and experience managing stakeholder relationships.
• Commercial insight with a focus on business-oriented product design.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior involvement with AI-enabled products or smart workflow solutions.
• Exposure to compliance, operational technology, RegTech, FinTech, or enterprise software sectors.
• Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
• Basic familiarity with JavaScript or front-end frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits
