UI Designer

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned UI Designer to craft clean, intuitive, and visually appealing digital interfaces. This role demands transforming user needs, corporate objectives, and brand identities into engaging user interfaces and interactive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement strong visual design techniques, including typography, color schemes, spatial arrangements, grid usage, and visual hierarchy.
• Convert brand guidelines into consistent and intuitive digital UI designs.
• Create top-tier user interfaces for websites, mobile platforms, and responsive layouts.
• Maintain visual consistency and high quality across various products and interaction points.
• Design interaction patterns, transitions, states, and user feedback mechanisms aligned with user behaviors and system interactions.
• Develop engaging micro-interactions and motion effects to improve usability and experience quality.
• Ensure seamless experience across desktops, tablets, and mobiles using responsive, adaptive, and fluid designs.
• Enhance and maintain design systems with reusable components and standardized patterns following Atomic Design principles.
• Manage design tokens, style variables, and theming standards collaboratively with development teams.
• Ensure consistency through structured component libraries and governance.
• Adhere to WCAG accessibility guidelines and promote inclusive design practices throughout all projects.
• Create design artifacts including wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity prototypes, and detailed specifications to facilitate design handoff.
• Cooperate with developers to guarantee accurate implementation of UI designs.
• Work collaboratively with UX designers, product owners, developers, and stakeholders, participating actively in reviews and iterative enhancements.
• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 10 years of experience specializing in UI, product, or digital design.
• Robust portfolio demonstrating strengths in UI design, interaction/motion design, and building design systems.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• In-depth knowledge of visual design principles, interaction/motion design, and responsive/adaptive design.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and Atomic Design methodology.
• Proven background in applying enterprise-level brand standards to digital interfaces.
• Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design strategies.
• Experience collaborating with development teams and supporting design handoff processes.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum frameworks.
• Knowledge of usability testing and user research.
• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end concepts for improved collaboration.
• Experience managing design system tools like Figma libraries and tokens.
• Familiarity with accessibility testing software.

Working Conditions

• Work environment is flexible: hybrid, remote, or on-site depending on organizational requirements.
• May require after-hours availability during product launches or maintenance.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $120,000 to $150,000.
