As a Truck Driver at Carma, you play a vital role ensuring seamless movement of vehicles across sites, wholesalers, and to customers, maintaining timeliness and vehicle condition with utmost care.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle transport equipment with safety and responsibility, managing daily delivery schedules to meet timely vehicle deliveries.
• Manage loading and unloading of vehicles following stringent safety and operational protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive pre- and post-delivery inspections of vehicles and equipment, ensuring adherence to road safety and transport regulations.
• Collaborate closely with various internal teams to guarantee successful deliveries and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Utilize internal digital systems to provide real-time updates, maintain accurate records, and monitor operational procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Hold a valid Medium Rigid (MR) driver’s license with the ability to safely operate a four-car hauler.
• Adapt quickly in a fluid environment where job duties may shift between wholesale tenders and inter-site transfers.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to road safety, proactively reporting hazards or vehicle concerns.
• Be a hands-on operator who takes initiative to solve problems and drive operational success.
• Take full accountability for delivery-related issues, ensuring follow-through without requiring supervision.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, engaging in continuous improvement and supporting colleagues to meet business targets.
