Overview

Tata Consultancy Services is recruiting for a Fare Filing Distribution position based in Pune. Candidates must have completed a minimum of 15 years of formal education (equivalent to 10+2+3 years). The role requires working in a 24x7 shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fare filing and updates using the ATPCO system according to provided instructions.
• Handle rule condition filings such as eligibility, date/time restrictions, seasonality, flight applications, combinations, advance purchase terms, negotiated fares, surcharges, blackout periods, automated changes, cancellations, fare by rule, footnotes, and routing maps within the ATPCO platform.
• Conduct special fare filing activities including YQ/YR surcharges, optional and ancillary services, branded fares, and Chart 1 & 2 related tasks.
• Perform quality assurance checks on fare data within global distribution systems like Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
• Demonstrate strong familiarity with fare pricing and troubleshooting commands in GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
• Possess sound knowledge of world geography and fare construction methodologies.
• Validate fare and rule datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Detect discrepancies or inconsistencies in fare and rule information between ATPCO and GDS systems.
• Maintain awareness of industry developments and modifications in ATPCO procedures.
