About the Role

At Hashtag Holidays, a division of Luxuroh Private Limited, we specialize in assisting clients with planning and executing ideal travel itineraries, including both international and domestic family vacations. We are looking for an insightful and knowledgeable travel consultant who can transform client travel dreams into reality. This role demands a passion for travel and the ability to navigate the complexities of itinerary creation such as language differences, time zones, and currency exchanges.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to design customized travel plans
• Arrange all aspects of client travel including transportation, lodging, and reservations
• Maintain a supportive and positive work atmosphere for colleagues
• Protect the agency's high reputation by delivering excellent customer experiences
• Establish and nurture productive relationships with tourism partners such as hotels, restaurants, and event organizers
• Assist clients in understanding and fulfilling travel document requirements like passports, visas, and vaccinations
• Stay current with travel industry developments, trends, cultural events, and emergencies
• Offer accurate and helpful destination advice and recommendations based on client needs
• Respond promptly to client inquiries through calls and emails, providing travel plan support
• Adjust travel itineraries as necessary to accommodate last-minute client requests
