Transport Manager

Position Overview

We are hiring a Transport Manager for a reputable company based in Accra, Ghana to oversee and coordinate all transportation and vehicle distribution activities. This full-time position focuses on managing a fleet exceeding 40 vehicles and ensuring compliance with all operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise transportation and distribution functions effectively.
• Manage fleet operations including maintenance scheduling and monitoring driver performance.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of fuel consumption as well as vehicle usage logs.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and internal company policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering or a related discipline.
• Have a minimum of two years' experience in vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Understand and apply safety and transport regulatory standards.
