Role Overview

The Enterprise Transformation team is a new initiative aimed at fundamentally reshaping Learnosity’s internal operations through AI integration across departments including Finance, People, Customer Success, Client Support, Sales, and Operations. As one of the first engineering hires in this team, you’ll be instrumental in establishing engineering standards, methodologies, and scalable AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with functional leaders in discovery sessions to clearly translate complex business challenges into pragmatic, technically executable plans.
  • Prioritize the build backlog alongside BizOps, focusing on initiatives with the highest impact and feasibility.
  • Critically assess if AI solutions are appropriate to ensure meaningful outcomes beyond technology deployment.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven capabilities including agents, internal copilots, knowledge assistants, intelligent automations, RAG systems, document intelligence tools, and agentic workflows tailored to business function needs.
  • Integrate AI solutions with Learnosity’s tech stack to streamline processes and bridge operational gaps.
  • Create reusable, adaptable components and document all developments thoroughly to enable knowledge transfer and sustainability across rotations.
  • Drive solution adoption through practical training, comprehensive documentation, and by fostering stakeholder engagement to ensure lasting impact.
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide transformation standards by identifying security and privacy risks early and collaborating with relevant teams for compliance.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and share insights with the team to stay at the forefront of technology.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Proficient in Python with the ability to develop, test, and deploy production-quality AI systems.
  • Solid understanding of large language models, including prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG) concepts, and structured AI outputs; a curiosity about model behavior and limitations is essential.
  • Hands-on experience or experimentation with AI agents or automated workflows through professional or personal projects.
  • Comfortable interfacing with APIs and SDKs of major AI providers such as Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini.
  • Experience or strong aptitude in API integrations to connect systems and automate workflows effectively.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Google Workspace, Atlassian, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Slack, and Xero, along with eagerness to learn new tools.
  • Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to cross-departmental or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills to engage non-technical stakeholders and clarify their real needs.
