The Training Officer will join the Subway Operations Training Team, tasked with equipping Subway operations personnel with the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies to perform their roles safely and effectively. You will support the Lead Training Officer (Operations) and Head of Service Operations & Security (Subway) by developing, preparing, and delivering training sessions.
