About Moama Bowling Club

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to serve as the Training and Roster Coordinator. This multifaceted role includes managing workforce scheduling, coordinating training programs, ensuring workplace health and safety compliance, and providing administrative assistance. The Coordinator will work closely with Department Managers and Team Leaders to support staff and ensure smooth daily operations across the club.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update rosters for approximately 260 staff members in collaboration with departmental managers.
- Assess employee availability and manage leave requests.
- Organize and deliver induction sessions and ongoing staff training.
- Oversee and maintain the employee communication platform (Blink).
- Provide administrative support for the Health & Safety Committee, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and record maintenance.
- Conduct compliance audits and upkeep required signage and documentation.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities paired with administrative proficiency.
- Adept at juggling multiple priorities and adhering to deadlines.
- Prior experience in rostering, training coordination, human resources administration, or related functions is advantageous.
