Trade Marketing Manager

Overview

Join a leading global brand powerhouse operating across multiple renowned brands like DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER®, and STANLEY®. As Trade Marketing Manager, you will work remotely with some travel within Bulgaria to drive impactful marketing strategies that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive promotional and marketing strategies tailored for long-term success.
• Lead the execution of launches for promotions, new products, brand concepts, and displays.
• Organize and manage events, trade fairs, and various promotional initiatives.
• Oversee catalogues, marketing collateral, and ensure materials are adapted appropriately to local markets.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to boost sell-out initiatives and channel activation.
• Coordinate marketing efforts across digital platforms, social media, and other channels to ensure cohesive execution.
• Manage budget allocations, purchase order processes, and track return on investment metrics.
• Evaluate campaign outcomes, report findings, and recommend improvements based on insights.
• Keep abreast of market trends, consumer demands, competitor moves, and category performance indicators.
• Work closely with sales, supply chain, and internal teams on forecasting, pricing strategies, cooperative marketing, and growth support efforts.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in both Bulgarian and English languages is required.
• Proven extensive experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or senior sales roles.
• Experience preferred in construction-related industries or product categories.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the power tools market considered a valuable addition.

Working Conditions

This full-time position is primarily remote but requires about 10% travel within Bulgaria. Employment under a standard full-time contract.
