Role Overview

We seek a skilled and proactive Thermoforming Head to oversee the entire thermoforming department. This leadership role encompasses managing production processes, planning schedules, enhancing operational efficiencies, ensuring quality standards, and guiding the production team within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage thermoforming operations effectively to meet production targets.
• Develop and implement production plans optimizing resource use and timelines.
• Continuously improve thermoforming processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Maintain stringent quality control measures throughout production cycles.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the thermoforming team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing thermoforming processes and production activities.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities within a manufacturing or OEM environment.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and process improvement techniques.
• An educational background of any graduate degree is essential.
