Role & Responsibilities

• Perform thermal inspections at customer sites using infrared thermal cameras.
• Identify issues such as water leakage, dampness, moisture intrusion, and hidden plumbing leaks through thermal imaging.
• Capture thermal and visible photographs to document site conditions during inspections.
• Produce comprehensive inspection reports detailing findings and suggested remedial measures.
• Communicate inspection results clearly and professionally to clients.
• Collaborate closely with civil and waterproofing teams to resolve identified problems.
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of thermal inspection devices for accuracy.
• Travel throughout Chennai to conduct site inspections as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma, ITI, BE, or B.Tech qualification in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical engineering, or a related domain.
• Fresh candidates and those with up to 3 years of relevant experience are welcome.
• Basic understanding of thermal imaging or building inspection techniques is desirable.
• Good communication skills in Tamil, with basic proficiency in English considered a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Chennai.
• Possession of a valid driving license and preferably a two-wheeler for site commuting.
• Strong observational, analytical, and report-writing capabilities.
• Fundamental computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and mobile apps.
