Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative team environment by proactively engaging in assigned responsibilities.
• Guide and instruct junior team members and new recruits on process-related tasks.
• Participate in the preparation of tax returns and support compliance activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrate familiarity with financial markets and instruments.
• Have a solid understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in finance, accounting, or treasury functions is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from 300000 to 500000 INR annually, dependent on relevant experience and skills. Besides the fixed remuneration, employees may be eligible for performance-based bonuses.
