Role Overview
The company is seeking Tendering Specialists with Saudi market experience to support its project execution network. In this role, you will help prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for tenders issued by government, semi-government, and private organizations across Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is well suited to freelancers and professionals with direct tendering and bidding experience who want ongoing project-based work.
Core Responsibilities
- Draft technical and financial proposal documents for tender and bid submissions.
- Examine tender requirements, scope details, and submission rules.
- Compile submission paperwork and confirm it aligns with client specifications.
- Build pricing sheets along with the necessary technical and commercial supporting documents.
- Arrange tender files and submit them in a polished and timely manner.
- Track clarifications and tender-related updates when required.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience preparing tenders and proposals in the Saudi market.
- Clear understanding of procurement and tendering practices in Saudi Arabia.
- Capability to produce professional technical and commercial proposals.
- Strong planning, organization, and deadline-handling abilities.
- Comfort working independently and delivering to project expectations.
